Samsung callers tend to say the same thing: the power is on, the display looks normal, but the fridge isn't cold. Others call about water on the floor or a fridge that acted up after the power went off. Most of it comes back to ice where it shouldn't be: around a fan, in the ice maker, or in a drain. The display runs on its own power, so a working screen tells you nothing about the cooling. A fan blocked by ice is the usual cause, and Samsung's codes for it are 21E and 22E.

Callers say "leaking onto the floor". Usually a frozen or blocked drain, or a leak in the water line behind the fridge.
